Where does ArcadeZus ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free. See Shipping & Delivery for processing and transit estimates.
How quickly is an order processed?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, and transit typically takes 2-4 business days. On average you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking when an order ships. You can also use the Order Tracking page with the information requested there.
Can I request a return?
Yes. Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in its original packaging. Approval and an RMA are required before shipment. See Returns & Refunds.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Keep the item and all packaging while the report is reviewed.
How do I know a machine will fit?
Every listing publishes the cabinet dimensions and shipping weight. Measure the space you have in mind, including the doorway the machine has to pass through, and compare it against those figures before ordering.
Do the machines need assembly?
It depends on the model. Countercades and counter-series cabinets arrive fully assembled and ready to play. Full-size cabinets, pub tables and cocktail tables ship flat-packed with instructions and hardware included.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, plus the wallet options your browser or device supports. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by ArcadeZus.
