Store use
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site security or operation, misuse another person’s information, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Manufacturers may revise products or documentation. Confirm the current listing and manufacturer documentation before purchase and installation. Minor screen or photography differences do not change product specifications.
Orders and pricing
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to resolve payment, address, availability, pricing, or product-information issues before fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and reverse or refund any captured payment.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through one of the options displayed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected account or payment method and that the billing information is accurate.
Shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Assembly and suitability
You are responsible for checking that a machine fits the intended space using the dimensions and weight published on its listing. Assemble and operate each machine according to the manufacturer instructions supplied with it, including any anti-tip hardware. ArcadeZus does not provide assembly or installation services.
Product warranties
Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s own written terms supplied with or published for the product. ArcadeZus does not add a separate store warranty.
Site content
The ArcadeZus name, site design, text, graphics, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially reuse site content without permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors such as Stripe, and delivery carriers. Their services and policies are controlled by those providers.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. ArcadeZus is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow the manufacturer instructions supplied with the machine, or events outside reasonable control.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
